Волновые пружины типа MWM — это специфический тип упругих элементов, использующихся для создания сжимающей силы в ограниченном пространстве. Они отличаются от традиционных цилиндрических пружин тем, что имеют волнообразную форму, что позволяет им сжиматься на меньшую высоту при той же нагрузке.

Данные изделия состоят из нескольких волнистых витков, образующих спираль. Такая конструкция позволяет равномерно распределять нагрузку по всей длине пружины. Основным материалом изготовления является углеродистая или нержавеющая сталь, что позволяет использовать пружины в различных условиях эксплуатации.

Изделия обладают рядом преимуществ таких как:

  • Экономия пространства: из-за особенностей конструкции пружины компактные, что позволяет использовать их там, где необходимо работать в ограниченном пространстве.
  • Равномерное распределение нагрузки: волновая форма позволяет равномерно распределить нагрузку по всей длине.
  • Снижение вибрации и шума: благодаря конструкции пружины эффективно демпфируют вибрации.
